Skyway Animal Farm, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that provides animal assisted activities to children and adults with physical, cognitive and mental health challenges in order to strengthen self esteem, self-confidence and self-efficacy through a variety of activities involving animals.

We are located in the beautiful hills of Bedford County, Virginia near Smith Mountain Lake. We welcome visitors and also enjoy visiting schools and businesses as well as individuals and families.

We design programs for individuals as well as groups who are interested in learning about the animals and/or the daily needs of a farm. Through learning about and caring for the animals, children and adults develop skills that sharpen coping mechanisms, increase self-worth and develop independence.

Skyway Animal Farm, Inc. is a peaceful farm full of alpacas, Anatolian Shepherds, Myotonic Goats, chickens, and rabbits.
